Recent Highlights:

Prototyped, created initial design, wrote features and MVP for an online interactive options calendar that removed $300k in annual spending from the books and became a top visited page.

Prototyped, created initial design, conducted UX research, wrote features and MVP for intranet site home page and task facilitation features that reduced clicks by 50%, decreased support tickets and upped user satisfaction.

Conducted 6 month research and product exploration with my team to uncover greenfield products spinning out of an initial home access app. Conducted Ethnographic research on single parents routines, seniors aging in place and home monetization using a smartphone and computer vision.

Completed site redesigns of Optionseducation.org and AstroUXDS.com reducing clicks, creating scalable information architecture, creating copy and update processes and increasing traffic to target pages / content by over 20% in both cases. In the case of Astro, time on pages increased by 15% and events per user increased by 10%.

Used analytics and interviews to determine ‘playground’ functionality for developers was high value but under utilized. Worked with dev team to form MVP for new component feature, used GA4 to validate success and continued investment in feature.
